The outlier
Every package on the register, drawn at one rate, largest nearest. At the rate the scale page uses, one of them is 100,000,000 pixels long, which is why it has never been drawn.

One pixel is — at the near end. The far end of the corridor is — across.

At the scale page’s rate the register — every entry on it, 1989 to now — is 315 metres of bar. The Tesla package is 26.5 kilometres.
It is 84 times the whole register, and 909 times the longest bar the scale page draws.
That figure is a promise, and pays in full only at an US$8.5tn market capitalisation. What Musk realised in 2025 is not a promise: the AFL-CIO puts it at US$158.3bn — 4.2 kilometres, 13 times the register, and 2.5 million times the pay of the median Tesla worker.
The entry is on the register, counted in neither the total nor the scale, and saying so.
